Notification under Listing Rule 9.6.11

The Board of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (IAG) has approved the appointment of James Lawrence as Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee. He replaces Kieran Poynter whose four year term as the committee's Chairman has elapsed. He will remain a committee member.  

The  Audit and Compliance Committee's new structure is:

Chairman:           James Lawrence

Members:            Patrick Cescau

Kieran Poynter

Alberto Terol Esteban

The Board has also approved the appointment of María Fernanda Mejía Campuzano as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

The Remuneration Committee will now comprise:

Members:            María Fernanda Mejía Campuzano

Dame Marjorie Scardino

Alberto Terol Esteban

Álvaro López-Jorrín

Secretary of the Board of Directors
