INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATED AIRLINES GROUP, S.A.

The Board of Directors of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. ("IAG") will propose the appointment of Enrique Dupuy de Lome Chávarri as an executive board director of the Company at the next General Shareholders' Meeting.

Mr Dupuy is the Chief Financial Officer of IAG.
