Agrate Brianza (MB), November 9, 2021 – Intercos S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Intercos"), in compliance with existing regulation, announces that next Thursday, November 11, the Board of Directors will be held to approve "Additional Interim Financial Information. Approval of Consolidated Financial Results for the First Nine Months of 2021."

Renato Semerari - CEO and Pietro Oriani - Group CFO, following the Board of Directors will lead the conference call set with institutional investors and financial analysts. Details for connecting to the conference call will be available following the distribution of the press release.
