Publication on a voluntary basis of additional periodical financial information of the Intercos Group relating to the first and third quarters of each year pursuant to Article 82-ter of Consob Regulation 11971/1999
Agrate Brianza, November 11, 2021 – Intercos S.p.A. ("Intercos" or the "Company") makes it known that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 82-ter of Consob Regulation 11971/1999, the Board of Directors of Intercos, which met today, has voted to communicate to the public, on a voluntary basis, as additional periodical financial information (other than the annual and first half reports), the figures relating to consolidated sales revenues, consolidated Adjusted EBITDA and consolidated Net Financial Position for the first and third quarters of each year as well as updated figures on the order-in-take and the order book of the Group.
Consolidated sales revenues and consolidated Adjusted EBITDA will be compared with consolidated sales revenues and consolidated Adjusted EBITDA for the same periods of the prior year.
The additional financial information of the Group for the first and third quarter of each year will be examined and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and made available to the public through the publication of a specific press release on the Intercos website (www.intercosinvestor.com under "Investor Relations") and on the authorized storage mechanism () within the timeframe established in the annual financial calendar from time to time approved by the Company and, in any case, no later than 45 days after the closing of those quarters.
