Agrate Brianza (MB), 18 Dicembre 2019 - La società Intercos S.p.A. comunica che, il 17 dicembre 2019, ha sottoscritto un contratto di finanziamento di Euro 350.000.000 con un pool di banche, Banca IMI S.p.A., Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A., BNP Paribas, Italian Branch, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Milan Branch, Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. e Unicredit S.p.A. Il nuovo contratto di finanziamento verrà utilizzato per, inter alia, rimborsare il debito di Intercos S.p.A., Intercos Europe S.p.A. e Cosmint S.p.A. derivante dal contratto di finanziamento sottoscritto in data 24 marzo 2015 e per lo svolgimento di altre attività ricomprese nell'oggetto sociale.

Agrate Brianza (MB), December 18, 2019 - The company Intercos S.p.A. announces that, on 17 December 2019, it has executed a new Euro 350,000,000 financing agreement with a pool of banks, Banca IMI S.p.A., Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A., BNP Paribas, Italian Branch, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Milan Branch, Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and Unicredit S.p.A.. The new financing agreement will be used, inter alia, to reimburse the amount due by Intercos S.p.A., Intercos Europe S.p.A. and Cosmint S.p.A. pursuant to the facilities agreement executed on 24 March 2015 and for other corporate purposes.
