IWS: Registered share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("IWS" or the "Company") on 24 January 2023 regarding the successfully placed private placement of new shares (the "Private Placement").

Today, on 31 January 2023, the share capital increase pertaining to the 10,606,060 new shares was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration and issuance of the new shares, the share capital of the Company is NOK 78,288,516 divided into 39,144,258 shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.00.
