Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Integrated Wind Solutions AS on Friday 11 February 2022, regarding the minutes from the extraordinary general meeting held on Thursday 10 February 2022.

The conversion of the company into a Norwegian public limited liability company and change of company name to Integrated Wind Solutions ASA has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret).
