IWS: Registered share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("IWS" or the "Company") on 22 March 2022 regarding the successfully placed private placement of new shares (the "Private Placement"). The Private Placement was divided into two tranches ("Tranche 1" and "Tranche 2").

Today, on 29 March 2022, the share capital increase pertaining to the 8 800 349 to be issued in Tranche 1 (the "Tranche 1 Offer Shares") was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration and issuance of the Tranche 1 Offer Shares, the share capital of the Company is NOK 52,802,094, divided into 26,401,047 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.00.

Completion of Tranche 2 is subject to approval by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held on 6 April 2022.
