Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Integrated Wind Solutions AS ("IWS" or the "Company") on 22 March 2021 regarding the successfully completed private placement of new shares in the Company (the “Private Placement”) and the resolution made by the Company’s extraordinary general meeting on 22 March 2021 to approve the Private Placement and thereby to issue 12,500,000 new shares in the Company (the “New Shares”).

The share capital increases pertaining to the Private Placements have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) and the New Shares have been issued. Following the registration, the registered share capital of Integrated Wind Solutions AS is NOK 35,000,000 divided into 17,500,000 shares, each with a par value of NOK 2. Each share in the Company carry one vote at the Company’s general meetings.
