INTEGRATED WIND SOLUTIONS ASA (IWS) – DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDINGS

On 28 August 2025, funds managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”) sold in the open market 350,000 shares in Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (“IWS”) at a price of NOK 46.4 per share.

Following the aforementioned transactions, funds managed or otherwise deemed controlled by QVT hereafter own a total of 3,749,295 shares in IWS, or 9.38% of the registered share capital. QVT’s CEO and founder, Dan Gold, is a member of the board of directors of IWS.
