The Annual General Meeting of Integrated Wind Solutions ASA will be convened on 7 May 2024 at 13:00 CEST at the Company's offices at Støperigata 2, 0250 Oslo, Norway.

The notice and associated information will also be distributed to shareholders by normal distribution methods.
