Pursuant to provisions of the Capital Market Act (Official Gazette Nos.: 88/08, 146/08, and 74/09) and according to the Zagreb Stock Exchange rules, we wish to advise you as follows:

The INSTITUT IGH, d.d., with the head office in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, Personal Identification No. (OIB) 79766124714, completed on 8 February 2011 the transaction involving transfer of business shares, whereby 100% of equity capital of the company KILA d.o.o. for commerce and services, with the head office in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb under the company registration No. MBS 080521802, OIB 91616224598, is transferred to Mr. IGOR SAPUNAR, Zagreb, Radnički dol 19 OIB 65536099712, for the amount of HRK 40,250,000.00.
