Subject: Announcements of the appointment of the new Director
Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we report as follows:

Janka Rakuše 1, OIB: 79766124714, informs that on 28 February 2020 session of the Supervisory Board was held at which the resignation of President of the Management Board Oliver Kumrić from 20 February 2020 was taken into account and it is concluded that his mandate expires on 1 March 2020.
By the Decision of the Supervisory Board dated 28 February 2020 former board member Robert Petrosian has been appointed Director of the Institute IGH, d.d. with effect from 1 March 2020.
