Subject: Notification of the Amendments to the Calendar of the Institut IGH d.d. Supervisory Board and the General Assembly Sessions for the year 2019

INSTITUT IGH d.d., with registered office in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, PIN: OIB: 79766124714 ("the Issuer"), hereby notifies that due to the subsequent release of the Annual financial statements for the year 2018, the Calendar of the Institut IGH d.d. Supervisory Board and General Assembly Sessions for the year 2019 is being changed. Thus the Supervisory Board Session planned for 12 July 2019 is cancelled and the General Assembly Session of the Issuer is postponed for 26 August 2019.
