Innofactor Plc new 500,000 issued shares have been registered in the Trade
Register on June 1, 2015. On May 28, 2015, Innofactor Plc published a Stock
Exchange release related to the Innofactor Plc payment of part of the final
purchase price of Enabling Holding ApS with these new shares.

After registration, Innofactor Plc has a total of 32,653,737 shares.

The trading of the new shares is will begin in the Helsinki Stock Exchange
(NASDAQ OMX Helsinki) on June 2, 2015.
