Innofactor Plc new 4,978,279 issued shares have been registered in the Trade
Register on June 18, 2013. After registering Innofactor Plc currently has a
total of 35,144,179 shares.

Innofactor published on June 7, 2013 the acquisition, in which it purchased the
entire share capital and capital loans of atBusiness Oy. The shares registered
in the Trade register were issued as part of the purchase price payment.
