Innofactor cancels treasury shares

Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release September 17, 2013, at 11:10 Finnish time

Innofactor has decided to cancel 569,000 shares held by the company. The
cancellation of shares does not have an effect on the amount of share capital
of the company. The cancellation of shares will be registered in the Trade
Register before end of September 2013. Following the cancellation the number of
shares in the Company will be 34,575,179.
