Innofactor cancels treasury shares

Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release December 30, 2013, at 12:00 Finnish time

Innofactor has decided to cancel 1,142,310 shares held by the company. The
cancellation of shares does not have an effect on the amount of share capital
of the company. The cancellation of shares will be notified to be cancelled
without delay in the Trade Register. Following the cancellation the number of
shares in the Company will be 30,909,052.
