CANDIDATES FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Sami Ensio, born in 1971

M.Sc. (Tech.). Innofactor Plc's CEO since 27 December 2010 before which Innofactor Ltd's founder-CEO since 1 January 2000. Member of the Board of Directors of Innofactor Plc since 2010 before which member of the Board of Directors of Innofactor Ltd since 2000. Member of the Board of Directors of Sovelto Plc since 2014. Member of the Partner Advisory Council of Microsoft Corporation since 2014. Several positions in the Federation of Finnish Technology Industries and Confederation of Finnish Industries since 2013. Chairman of the Board of the Finnish Association of Microsoft Partners (IAMCP Finland) since 2013.

Jukka Mäkinen, born in 1954

M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Adm.). Mäkinen works currently as a professional board member and business angel. Mäkinen has over 15 years of experience as venture capitalist and over 20 years of experience in IT companies: Siemens-Nixdorf, Oracle, IBM, and Xerox. Mäkinen has been in the Board of Directors of over 25 different companies and has implemented several mergers and acquisitions in Finland and internationally. Mäkinen has been in the Board of Directors of Innofactor Plc since 2012.

Ilari Nurmi, born in 1975

M.Sc. (Tech.). Currently, Nurmi is the Product Manager and a member of the Executive Board in Basware Plc. Before that, Nurmi worked for 14 years in managerial positions in Nokia Plc's product management, product marketing, and marketing in Finland and USA. Nurmi's special strength is his extensive knowledge of international software product management and product business. Nurmi has been in the Board of Directors of Innofactor Plc since 2013.

Pekka Puolakka, born in 1971

LLM, lawyer. Puolakka has worked in various tasks in different law firms. His latest main occupation was as the Managing Partner of Law Firm Sorainen in the Baltic countries. Puolakka has previously been a member of the Board of Directors of Innofactor Oy, and of the Board of Directors of Innofactor Plc 2010-02/2014 and again starting from 24 March 2015. Puolakka has also been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mediverkko Yhtymä Ltd.

Ari Rahkonen, born in 1963

BBA. Rahkonen has vast experience of 26 years in software business both in Finland and globally. Rahkonen has most recently been the Managing Director of Microsoft Oy 2007-2014. In addition he has been in different executive positions and in the Executive Board at IBM 2001-2007, vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Technology Industries 2011-2014 and the Chairman of the Board of the Finnish Federation of Advertisers since 2012. Rahkonen has been elected the TIVI influencer (Finnish top ICT influencers) of the year in 2011. Rahkonen has been in the Board of Directors of Innofactor Plc since 2015.
