exceeded one tenth (10 percent) due to the subscription of the share in the
directed issue in accordance of the resolution of the Board of Directors of
Innofactor Plc on June 6, 2013.

Sentica Kasvurahasto II Ky; 3,539,189 shares, 10.07 % of shares and votes.
