Sami Ensio's and his children's ownership of the Innofactor Plc votes and
shares has fallen under one fourth (25 percent) due to the subscription of the
shares in the Personnel issue in accordance of the resolution of the Board of
Directors of Innofactor Plc on January 1, 2012 and the registration of the new
shares in the Trade Register today.
