Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release March 20, 2014, at 11:15 Finnish time

The Annual General Meeting of Innofactor Plc elected today, March 20, 2014, a
new Board of Directors for the company. CEO of Innofactor Plc, Sami Ensio,
M.Sc. (Tech.), Pyry Lautsuo, M.Sc. (Tech.), Jukka Mäkinen, M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus.
Adm.) and Ilari Nurmi, M.Sc. (Tech.) were re-elected. Juha Koponen, D.Sc.
(Tech.) and Pekka Puolakka, LL.M. are retiring from the Board of Directors. J.
T. Bergqvist, D.Sc. (Tech.) and Tiia Tuovinen, LL.M. were elected as new
members into the Board of Directors.

At their organizing meeting held immediately after the Annual General Meeting,
the Board of Directors re-elected Pyry Lautsuo as Chairman of the Board.
