Changes in the Board of Directors of Innofactor Plc

Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release April 28, 2011, at 13.00 Finnish time

The Annual General Meeting of Innofactor Plc elected today, April 28, 2011, a
new Board of Directors for the company. Innofactor Plc's CEO Sami Ensio (M.Sc.)
and Pekka Puolakka (LL.M.) will continue to serve in the Board of Directors.
New members of the Board of Directors are Juha Koponen (D.Sc. (Tech.)) and Pyry
Lautsuo (M.Sc.).

In the regrouping meeting of the Board of Directors, which took place
immediately after the General Meeting, Pyry Lautsuo was selected as the
Chairman of the Board.

Ilpo Santala, the long-standing Chairman of the Board of Innofactor Plc and,
before that, Innofactor Oy, was not available for health reasons when the Board
of Directors was elected. Innofactor Plc wishes to thank Ilpo Santala and Mikko
Salminen for the excellent work they have done for Innofactor Plc.
