Remarks (if any):

The Company has adopted an RSU Scheme, which took effect as of March 1, 2014, to issue 30,200,000 ordinary

shares of the Company in aggregate to identified individuals. To satisfy the grant of shares under the scheme,

14,107,500 ordinary shares of the Company were issued in aggregate on October 23, 2015. The details of the

scheme are available in the Company's 2017 annual report published on April 27, 2018.

At the annual general meeting held on June 8, 2018, the shareholders resolved to grant a general mandate to repurchase up to 146,928,073 ordinary shares in the open market from time to time. During the period from July 5, 2018 to July 6, 2018, the Company repurchased a total of 2,340,000 shares, of which 629,000 shares and 1,711,000 shares were cancelled on August 6, 2018 and August 17, 2018, respectively.
