This is to inform that the Company has allotted 1,37,824 equity shares on June 07, 2021, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees as hereunder:

• 1,01,149 equity shares under the 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan;

• 36,675 equity shares under the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019.

Consequently, on June 07, 2021, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to ₹ 21,306,358,815/- divided into 4,261,271,763 equity shares of ₹5/- each.
