NOTICE

Transfer of equity shares of the Company to
Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF)

Shareholders are hereby informed that pursuant to the provisions of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 ("the Rules"), as amended, the Interim Dividend declared for the financial year 2014-15, which remained unclaimed for a period of seven years will be credited to the IEPF on November 14, 2021. The corresponding shares on which dividends were unclaimed for seven consecutive years will also be transferred as per the procedure set out in the Rules.

In compliance with the Rules, Individual notices are being sent to all the concerned shareholders whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF as per the aforesaid Rules, the full details of such shareholders is made available on the Company's Website: https://www.infosys.com/investors/shareholder-services/Pages/transfer-equity-shares.aspx

In this connection, please note the following:

• a) In case you hold shares in physical form: Duplicate share certificate(s) will be issued and transferred to IEPF. The original share certificate(s) registered in your name(s) and held by you, will stand automatically cancelled.
• b) In case you hold shares in electronic form: Your demat account will be debited for the shares liable for transfer to the IEPF.

In the event valid claim is not received on or before November 05, 2021, the Company will proceed to transfer the liable dividend and Equity shares in favor of IEPF authority without any further notice. Please note that no claim shall lie against the Company in respect of unclaimed dividend amount and shares transferred to IEPF pursuant to the said rules. It may be noted that the concerned shareholders can claim the shares and dividend from IEPF authority by making an application in the prescribed Form IEPF-5 online and sending the physical copy of the requisite documents enumerated in the Form IEPF-5, to the Nodal Officer of the Company.

ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನಿಧಿಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ (ಐಇಪಿಎಫ್) ಕುರಿತು

ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ನಿಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರಗಳು, ಪರಿಶೋಧನೆ, ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮರುಪಾವತಿ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು, 2016 (ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು) ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಾದಂತೆ ಇದರ ಅನ್ವಯ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಬಾರದೆ ಏಳುವರ್ಷಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಉಳಿದ, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷ 2014–15ರಲ್ಲಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾದ ಮಧ್ಯಮಾವಧಿ ಲಾಭಾಂಶ ಮತ್ತು ತತ್ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಷೇರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೇಳಲಾದ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಐಇಪಿಎಫ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 14, 2021 ರಂದು ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಜಮಾ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಷೇರುದಾರರಿಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಯಾರ ಷೇರುಗಳು ಐಇಪಿಎಫ್ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯಾಗಲು ಅರ್ಹವಾಗಿವಿವೆಯೋ ಅಂತಹ ಷೇರುದಾರರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಷೇರುದಾರರ ಮೂರ್ಣವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ:https://www.infosys.com/investors/ shareholder-services/Pages/transfer-equity-shares.aspx.

• ಆ) ಷೇರುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀವು ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಿರೆ: ಐಇಪಿಎಫ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗವಾಗಲು ಅರ್ಹವಾದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಷೇರುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಡಿಮ್ಯಾಟ್ ಖಾತೆಯಿಂದ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 05, 2021ರ ಒಳಗೆ ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಬರದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಲಾಭಾಂಶ ಮತ್ತು ಷೇರುಗಳನ್ನು ಐಇಪಿಎಫ್ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು, ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆ ಕೊಡದೆ ಜಾರಿಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗನುಸಾರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಐಇಪಿಎಫ್ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯಾದ ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಬಾರದ ಲಾಭಾಂಶದ ಹಣ/ ಷೇರುಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಷೇರುದಾರರು ಈ ಷೇರುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಭಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಐಇಪಿಎಫ್ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆ ಐಇಪಿಎಫ್-5ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆ ಐಇಪಿಎಫ್–5ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾದ ದಸ್ತಾವೇಜುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭೌತಿಕ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಂಪನಿಯ ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
