- Approve and take on record the audited standalone 2. financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021;
- Approve and take on record the audited financial 3. statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS and IFRS for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021.
- The financial results will be presented to the Board of Directors on January 12, 2022 for their approval.
