Sub: Notice of Board Meeting

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 13 and 14, 2021 inter alia to:

1. Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter ending June 30, 2021;

2. Approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter ending June 30, 2021; and

3. Approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS and IFRS for the quarter ending June 30, 2021.

The financial results will be presented to the Board of Directors on July 14, 2021 for their approval.

Trading window closure

The Company will close the trading window for the earnings release of the quarter ending June 30, 2021 in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. Accordingly, the trading window will be closed from June 16, 2021 and will re-open on July 19, 2021.

Investors call

The Company will hold an investor/analyst call on July 14, 2021 to discuss the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2021 and business outlook. Details of the call will be published on the Company’s website in due course.
