The proceeds of the sale of shares, post tax, will be deployed towards these and other philanthropic contributions, over time.

Further, Ms. Rohini’s Nilekani’s disclosure is to comply with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. Neither, Ms. Rohini Nilekani nor any of her family members are associated with the company’s day-to-day functioning, except for being categorized as Promoters of the Company.
