This is to inform that, Board of Infosys Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Limited has approved to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in the name and style of " Infosys Enterprise Business Services Pty. Ltd” (or by any other name as available in the commercial register) in Australia. Additional information as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 will be disclosed in due course.
