Notification on the increase of share capital of INDEXO

On 16 February 2024, the Enterprise Register registered an increase in the share capital of IPAS “Indexo” (hereinafter – INDEXO), the total share capital of the company being EUR 4 565 330.  

With the execution of conversion of employee share options, the Management Board of the INDEXO, based on the decisions and authorizations made at the shareholders' meetings of March 24, 2022 and March 30, 2023, decided on 2nd of February 2024 to increase the share capital of the Company by EUR 19 000 (nineteen thousand euros), issuing new 19 000 (nineteen thousand) dematerialized shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 (one euro) per share.  

The newly issued shares are distributed to the employee share option plan participants in proportion to the number of share options held by them in accordance with  INDEXO Personnel Options Programme 2022. After the increase of the share capital, the total share capital of the Company comprises EUR 4 565 330 (four million five hundred sixty-five thousand and three hundred and thirty euros).
