Notification on the increase of share capital of IPAS “Indexo” and AS INDEXO Banka

Following the decision by the Management Board of IPAS "Indexo" (hereinafter – INDEXO) on August 23, 2024, to raise additional capital, the Register of Enterprises registered the increase in INDEXO's share capital on September 9, 2024. The total share capital of INDEXO now amounts to EUR 4,760,549. 

Additionally, on September 12, 2024, the Register of Enterprises registered the increase in the share capital of AS INDEXO Banka (hereinafter – INDEXO Banka). The total share capital of INDEXO Banka now amount to EUR 17,309,445.
