Notifications on obtaining a significant holding
On January 11, 2024, IPAS “Indexo” received **notifications on obtaining a significant holding.
**Amended corrected notification of the limited liability company “IN Finance” regarding obtaining significant holding.
Following the completion of the company's secondary share issue, starting from January 10, 2024, four shareholders have increased their voting rights in the Company above 5%:

Legal entity “Barolo Finants OÜ” (100% of the company's capital shares are owned by Indrek Gusev), which owns 5,67% of the Company's shares;
- Legal entity “SAGGIS OÜ” (100% of the company's capital shares are owned by Sandu Huban), which owns 5,67% of the Company's shares;

Limited liability company “IN Finance” (the controlling person of the company Jekaterina Nikuļina), which owns 5,97% of the Company's shares;

An individual Mārcis Martinsons, who owns 6,00% of the Company's shares.
