This is further to our letter dated April 27, 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be on Saturday, May 08, 2021 to consider, inter-alia:

(a) Financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021;

(b) Recommendation of Final Dividend for the financial Year 2020-2021.

Further, in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company was closed on April 01, 2021 and would remain closed till May 10, 2021 (both days inclusive).
