Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today i.e., May 28, 2026, have approved the re-appointment of the Mr. Raj Kumar Agrawal (DIN: 00177578) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five (5) consecutive years commencing from June 15, 2026 to June 14, 2031 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
