We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company had, in its meeting held on May 14, 2024, re-appointed Mr. Vijay Shrinivas as CEO and Whole-time Director for a period of three years, effective June 1, 2024 and Mr. Nand Khemka and Chairman cum Managing Director for a period of five years, effective April 1, 2025. We inadvertently missed to notify the Stock Exchange about the same and we sincerely request you to condone the delay of filing.

The above appointments are subject to requisite approvals under applicable laws.

The brief details of the aforesaid appointments as prescribed under Listing Regulations read with SEBI’s Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure I and II respectively .
