1. Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. Limited review has been carried out by the Statutory Auditors.

2. Reconstitution of Audit Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee of the Board of Directors by appointing Mr.Raj Agrawal (DIN: 00177578) as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Mr.Uday Khemka (DIN: 00323609) as Chairman of the CSR Committee w.e.f. August 10, 2022. New composition of both committees is as below:
