Sub: Revision of date of Annual General Meeting and allied date(s)

Dear Ma’am/ Sir,

This has reference to our letter dated 14th May, 2024 intimating the date of AGM and Book closure. In this regard, we hereby inform that the Board has, through circular resolution passed today, rescheduled the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) from Thursday, August 29, 2024 to Friday, August 16, 2024 at 3:00 PM IST through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Consequently, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from August 10, 2024 to August 16, 2024, the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members to the final dividend for the year 2023-24 is August 09, 2024. The final dividend for the year 2023-24, if approved by the members at the 45[th] AGM, shall be paid on or before September 14, 2024.
