339,621 Director Performance Rights to subscribe for 339,621 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company to Dr. Russell Howard and/or his nominee in lieu of additional cash for approximately 3 years of directors fees to vest in 3 tranches upon satisfaction of service-based conditions as follows:

• 113,207 on 1 Dec 2022 ( in recognition of service from 1 Dec 2021 to 30 Nov 2022);

• 113,207 on 1 Dec 2023 ( in recognition of service from 1 Dec 2022 to 30 Nov 2023);

• 113,207 on 1 Dec 2024 ( in recognition of service from 1 Dec 2023 to 30 Nov 2024);

These Performance Rights will expire 5 years from date of issue if not exercised.
