CHANGE OF DIRECTORS’ INTERESTS

Australian health care company Prima BioMed (Prima) (ASX: PRR) is pleased to announce that the Directors have transferred a fraction of their listed PRRO options to Patersons Securities.

Patersons Securities have exercise these options for a total exercise price of $321,429 and these funds will be used for the ongoing commercialization of the CVac™ ovarian cancer therapy vaccine with the US FDA.

The directors intend to hold their remaining equity for a further 3 years.

Directors Appendix 3Y’s are attached.
