Immutep Limited (ASX Code: IMM) – Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by Immutep Limited ACN 009 237 889 ( Company ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) .

On 29 April 2020, the Company announced a placement of new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ( Placement Shares ) to institutional investors to raise $12 million.

The Placement Shares were issued today.

The Company advises that:

• (a) the Placement Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• (b) this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

• (c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

  • (1) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • (2) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) or 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
