RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW

th Monday 6 August 2007

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, and in accordance with the terms of escrow, Prima BioMed Limited hereby announces that the following securities are to be released from voluntary escrow.

6,959,809 fully paid ordinary shares (PRR) will be released from escrow on 24th August 2007, following expiration of the voluntary escrow period.

These shares were issued on the 24th August 2005 as part of the negotiated settlement to swap the minority shareholder interests of Austin Research Institute (now merged with the Macfarlane Burnet Institute), in Prima BioMed’s four subsidiaries, for Prima BioMed Limited shares.
