Board Changes at PrimaBioMed

Tuesday 4[th] September 2007, Melbourne, Australia: Prima Biomed Limited (ASX: PRR) today is pleased to announce that Mr Phillip Hains has been appointed as Finance Director of the Company.

Mr Hains, aged 47, is a Chartered Accountant operating a specialist public practice, The CFO Solution, which provides back office support, financial reporting and compliance systems to Prima Biomed Ltd and other listed public companies. A specialist in the public company environment, he has over 20 years experience in providing business with accounting, administration, compliance and general management services.

Mr Robert Kleine has been appointed as additional Company Secretary. Mr Kleine, aged 42, is a Certified Practicing Accountant with 20 years experience in the commercial sector and is a senior manager at The CFO Solution.
