Board and Principal Place of Business Changes

Thursday 20[th] December 2007, Melbourne, Australia: Prima Biomed Limited (ASX: PRR) today announced the appointment of Mr Ata Gokyildirim as Non-executive Chairman of the Board. Mr Gokyildirim has extensive merchant banking experience and recently Mr Gokyildirim founded a marketing and distribution business for the pharmaceutical industry in Turkey and the Middle East. He has recently joined Super Structure Services as an executive to help restructure companies in need and deliver substantial shareholder returns from these reforms.

Mr Eugene Kopp has resigned from his position as an Executive Chairman and Director of the Company to pursue interests outside of the biotechnology sector. Mr Kopp has been an Executive Chairman of Prima BioMed’s since November 2004 and has led the company through a number of technical milestones, including the successful conclusion of the CancerVac Ovarian Cancer Phase IIa. Mr Kopp will continue to work with the Prima team, in a consulting role for an initial period of 7 months to assist in the transition of the technology portfolio.

The Board would like to thank Mr Kopp for his significant contribution to Prima BioMed.
