Retirement of Non-Executive Director – Dr Elane Zelcer

Immuron Limited [ASX: IMC] (the Company) wishes to advise that Non-Executive Director Dr Elane Zelcer has today retired from her position on the Immuron Board.

Dr Zelcer cited that other business interests were consuming an increasing amount of her time and focus.

Dr Zelcer has served as a Director of the Company since November 2009.

Immuron’s Chairman, Dr Roger Aston extended his gratitude and thanks to Dr Zelcer for her service to the Company over the past 4 years as both a Director, and member of the Company’s Audit and Remuneration Committees and wished her well for her future endeavours.
