Appointment and Resignation of Directors

Immuron Limited announces the following changes to the Board that will take effect immediately.

Dr Stewart Washer has been appointed a Director.

Dr Washer is currently a non-executive Director of Healthlinx Ltd (ASX: HTX) and has 20 years of senior executive and Board experience in medical device, drug development and agrifood companies. He was a founder of a NZ$120m New Zealand based life science fund through Celentis Ltd. He is currently the Investment Manager with IB Managers who manage Australian life-science funds.

Dr Washer was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Calzada Ltd (ASX:CZD), the founding Chief Executive Officer of Phylogica Ltd (ASX:PYC) and before this, he was Chief Executive Officer of Celentis and managed the commercialisation of intellectual property from AgResearch in New Zealand with 650 Scientists and $130m revenues. Dr Washer has held a number of Board positions in the past as the Chairman of Resonance Health Ltd (ASX: RHT), Hatchtech Pty Ltd, iCeutica Pty Ltd and AusBiotech Ltd.

Professor Roy Robins-Browne and Mr. Simon Sallka have resigned as Directors .

The Board expresses its appreciation to both Professor Robins-Browne and Mr. Sallka for their contributions to the Company during their period as Directors.
