The securities of Immuron Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

Dear Dean Request for Suspension of Securities from Quotation

The Company’s securities are currently placed in a trading halt and in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Directors of Immuron Limited (the Company) request an immediate suspension from quotation in respect of its securities, ASX Codes IMC and IMCO.

In requesting the suspension from quotation the Company provides the following information:

• The suspension is required as various documents required to be completed in respect of its capital raising have not been finalized.

• The Company expects that all the documentation supporting the capital raising should be completed by the commencement of trading on Tuesday 24 April and would expect that the suspension of its securities can be lifted on that date.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended.
