IMMURON CLARIFIES BONUS OPTIONS TO SHAREHOLDERS
3 May 2012, Melbourne: Australian biopharmaceutical company Immuron Limited (ASX: IMC) provides clarification of its bonus option offer announced on 23 April following a number of enquiries from investors:

One new option will be granted for every four ordinary shares held by shareholders on the company’s register as at 5pm 23 July 2012.

The options will be issued for free.

The options will be exercisable at 4 cents any time before 5pm 30 April 2015.

A prospectus will be issued to facilitate the issue of the bonus options.

The company will apply for the options to be quoted on ASX.
Immuron is delighted to announce this bonus issue as an appreciative gesture to its loyal shareholder base, especially as the company expects several commercialisation milestones in the short to medium term.
