DANIEL POLLOCK A PROMINENT BUSINESSMAN APPOINTED A NON‐EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

11 October 2012, Melbourne, Australia : Australian biopharmaceutical company Immuron Limited (ASX: IMC), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Daniel Pollock to its Board of Directors. Daniel’s broad experience with the local and global business environment, long time involvement with international public corporations and corporate governance continues Immuron’s recent Board appointments with the experience required to match its current commercialisation and product development strategies

Daniel is an internationally experienced lawyer and has significant commercial expertise in new market entries into overseas markets, including USA, as well as cross‐national merger and acquisition projects, distribution agreements and corporate start‐ups.
