Immuron Ltd, the Australian -based biopharmaceuticals company specializing in the manufacturing of orally delivered polyclonal antibodies for treatment of infectious and chronic diseases, announces that it is continuing its negotiations on its strategic alliance with Hadasit Research Services & Development Limited, the commercialization arm of the Hadassah Medical Organization, Israel, in respect of utilizing Hadassah's intellectual property in expanding the results obtained from the preclinical work conducted by Hadassah utilizing Immuron's hyper immune colostrum.
As previously announced, the research is addressing a number of medical indications. including Type II diabetes and metabolic syndrome, conditions which are not adequately addressed with existing therapy.
Professor Yaron Ilan, MD, of Hadassah is currently visiting Australia to discuss his research findings.
